Shipping Info

All products are shipped either Canada Post or UPS. All ground and air orders placed after 9:00am EST (Eastern Standard Time) will be shipped the next business day (presuming that all items are in stock). Business Days are Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday, and Friday (excluding holidays). For example, an order placed on Friday at 10:00am, for Express Delivery, will not leave our store until Monday.

Tracking information is emailed back to you once the order has been shipped.

If we cannot ship your complete order to you because some of the items you ordered are out of stock, for example an additional shipping charge may apply when we ship the back-ordered items.

Please note, if any address corrections need to be done due to customer error once the order has been shipped, you may be charged an additional $10 per shipment.

If there is a problem with your order, we will contact you via phone or email. Please make sure that your email address and phone numbers are entered correctly. We cannot be held responsible if you do not receive our messages.

All international orders are shipped via Canada Post or UPS. Specific delivery timetable is not guaranteed for international orders, but most order ship in less than a week and are delivered in 3-10 days. International shipping costs provided to you at the time you place your order are estimates only. In some instances, customers may incur additional shipping costs on international orders. In some cases, shipping costs vary and we may need to contact you to confirm the shipping charges. Local duty, taxes, and fees are the responsibility of the customer upon delivery. Please note we may not ship to certain countries due to high fraud rate.

Returns and Exchanges

At the Lax Shack we strive to bring you the best equipment and services available. With help with returns and exchanges, please see our policies below. If you need assistance returning your items, please call us at 1-877-472-5299


Currently, exchanges cannot be made online. You can contact our customer service at to do an exchange over the phone. However, the only way to exchange an item online would be to send in a return request, then purchase the new item. After we have received the returned item, we will refund the original purchase.

Warranty Items

If you have a warranty claim, please contact the Lax Shack for a return authorization. Warranty returns will not be accepted without a RA#. Customers are responsible for shipping both directions. Neither the manufacturer nor the Lax Shack is responsible for shipping costs.

Warranty Policy________________________________________ HEADS - The plastic portion of heads is guaranteed for 6 months by the manufacturer. Stringing material is not under warranty. Heads cannot be altered in anyway – pinched, dyed, drilled, heated, etc. The Lax Shack will send a new unstrung head. SHAFTS - Shafts (not including aluminum or wood) are warranted for 6 months by Warrior, Brine, STX, Gait. (UA shafts warrantied for 60 days) EQUIPMENT – Protective gear has a 30 day manufacturer warranty. Normal wear & tear is not covered. If you have a damaged item covered under the manufacturer's warranty, you can send the item back to us at the Lax Shack.

Return An Item

If you are not satisfied with a product simply call 1-877-472-5299 and an associate will assist you with your return.  Any return received after 30 days from invoice date will be given store credit only.  Certain items are subject to a 15% restocking fee.  Custom items are non-refundable including but not limited to:  team clothing with numbers/team logos, team uniforms, Cascade custom helmets, custome team gloves and custom team equipment bags, Items must be returned clean. Any unclean good(s) received will be returned to the customer.  All products should be returned 100 percent complete, contain all original boxes, tags, packing materials, and other accessories and documentation provided by the manufacturer.  Lax Shack strongly suggests that you fully insure and track your return shipment in case it is lost or damaged.

If you receive an incorrect item or size/color, contact us at 1-877-472-5299 for a return shipping label. We will not reimburse shipping costs for returned items if you do not follow this procedure.

If you receive damaged merchandise, save the merchandise AND the original box and packing it arrived in, notify the carrier immediately for an inspection and a pick up. We can not guarantee a refund until the item is inspected and determined damaged or defective.

We try to process returns and exchanges as quickly as possible. If you need your return or exchange is time sensitive we suggest you place another order for the item you need. Then, send your return back. Once we receive the return we will credit your account. Please send your shipment, at your expense, via UPS, FedEx, or insured U.S. Mail to:
